- Orders placed after 1pm (Pacific Time) Monday–Friday will be processed within 2 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
- Delivery to Continental U.S. only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories or international addresses. USPS is required for all deliveries to P.O. boxes and military addresses.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
- Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-10 business days. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer.
- PRIME8 is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Lost Packages
We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from PRIME8 is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.
Freight Forwarders
PRIME8 does not ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email
