LIFETIME WARRANTY

 

At PRIME8, we stand behind everything we make. Our products are fully guaranteed to the original owner to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during the full lifetime of your PRIME8 Tool.

Excluded from coverage of any PRIME8 LIFETIME warranty are the following:

  1. Damage not caused by defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Damage caused from misuse, abuse or neglect.
  3. Lost Parts, like L-tool, Sockets or Bits.
  4. Normal wear and tear.

If you feel that your PRIME8 product may have a defect in materials and/or workmanship, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). A copy of your original receipt will be required to verify your purchase from an authorized PRIME8 dealer. You will be asked to provide detailed images of your broken item, The less products we have the ship, the smaller the Impact on the environment.

If you are not sure if your product is covered under warranty, please feel free to contact us warranty@prime8boardsupply.com and find out and if your PRIME8 gear turns out to be defective, we will do our best to make things right for you as quick as possible.
 
DO NOT send in your Tool or gear unless explicitly instructed to do so. In most cases you will only need a simple replacement part that will be mailed to you. If we need to see your product for quality improvement reasons, we will provide you with an RA number and shipping details.
